map CONNEXIONS - You dont have to old to be in business. Connexions are an organisation set up to help those under 21. They have an office in the centre of Sunderland, close to the Metro station.

If you are just out of school or college, give them a call, they can offer specialist help and advice aimed at your age group.

pcb Pennywell Community Business - PCB Ltd has successfully offered advice and training relating to self - employment to local unemployed people since 1990. Delivery has followed good practise ideals recommended by commentators and specialists relating to the implementation of integrated training programmes for long term unemployed people.

The business start - up programme has been fully supported by the European Social Fund since its commencement and has been effective in helping local long term unemployed people into realistic self employment options.
